Art and Science meeting (18th of September 2024) Ways of knowing: lines of contact between the sciences and the arts
Visual artists and researchers come together in Barcelona to explore the ways of contact between art and science with the help of AE-BKH
The guest artists, leading exponents in the visual and digital intersection between science and the arts, are the Portuguese Marta de Menezes; the British Anna Dumitriu; and the British Alex May, together with the Valencian bioinformatician Javier Forment. Lluís Nacenta, Lúa Coderch, Josep Perelló, Paula Bruna and Joan Llort will also participate, who will interact with the guests in different round tables. The meeting will take place on Wednesday 18 September at the Royal Academy of Sciences and Arts of Barcelona (RACAB), from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and at the Barcelona Gallery Espai 2, from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
